I'm a Lead AI Consultant at Bytes Software Services, one of Microsoft's biggest UK partners. My work is Copilot Studio and agentic AI: designing agents that actually get used, not ones that sit in a demo and gather dust. I'm curious by nature, which in practice means I keep pulling threads until I understand how something actually works, not just how to sell it.

I've spent 10+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem, the last few focused entirely on practical AI delivery. I care as much about adoption as architecture, because the best agent in the world doesn't matter if people don't trust it or use it.

Outside of work I train CrossFit, read a lot about psychology (how people make decisions, how they change), and pick up new things that interet me. That curiosity is probably why I like talking to people... everyone has a story. Self-improvement balanced with enoughness.
